After more than 20 years in the residential rental industry I downsized and in 2016 opened my own full time handyman business. I now proudly serve residential and commercial customers in the Boulder and Denver area.

My goal is to bring excellence in all aspects of handyman services including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair and troubleshooting by providing prompt, high quality workmanship - at competitive rates.

Service Rates/Payments

Regular Business Hours: Monday thru Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Rates/Cost are a mix of hourly or flat rate depending on type and scope of work to be performed

All service calls have minimum fee of $85 this includes trip fee and first 30 minutes of labor

Standard rate: $85/hr 

Emergency service calls (8pm - 6am) overtime rate is $127.50  with /2 hr minimum

Flat rate fees for many standard jobs Please contact us for specifics.

Materials are billed at cost plus 10%

Time to order and acquire materials is billed as labor.

 

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, debit/credit, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo      Invoices are created and sent using PayPal platform.

 

Jobs with material costs over $300 may require up front deposit to cover cost

Scope of work limited to jobs which do not require permit

Estimates valid for 30 days
